While everyone is talking about CakePops, we have tried out a slightly different “pop” version. They are Perfect as an amuse-gueule or for a BBQ. And very pretty on top. Don’t know what I’m talking about?? Then check out our caprese pops!
Small mozzarella balls (the same quantity as tomatoes)
Fresh basil leaves
Tooth picks or brochette sticks
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in halves. Cut the mozzarella in halves too. Put half a tomato and half a mozzarella together so that they form a little pop. Then add a washed basil leave and put everything on a toothpick.
