Round three of my weekly pizzas. This works really great so far and I really enjoy it!
The pizza dough was the same as the weeks before.
As a topping I chose tomatoes (all-time favourite), mushrooms and some grano padano (naturally lactose-free, yippieh!) as well as the usual tomato sauce.
Once the topping is spread out on the dough, put everything in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200°C.
You see, I’m getting into a routine quite fast. Maybe I’m trying something a little bit more sophisticated next week. Enjoy your pizza! ~Hetty~
