Well, well, well…. It’s week five of my pizza adventures and I still have not gotten tired of it. It’s just too good. I’ll recommend anyone should find themselves something like this. Something simple, easy, but at the same time comforting. Think of soul food…

As a base I took the usual pizza dough. As a sauce the usual tomato sauce.

For the topping I used zucchinis, black marinated olives and shallots. Just chop the zucchini and shallots into little pieces and put everything on the pizza.

Put into the oven at 200°C and bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy! ~Hetty~
