Next round of my pizza adventures. This time with savoury cherry tomatoes, greek olives and garlic. Yummy! I love it!
For the base I started with my usual pizza dough which has really proven itself as a keeper. Nevertheless, there will be some testing of other dough in the next weeks.
Here’s what you need for the topping:
100g cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove
as many black olives as you like
and of course some tomato sauce
Just cut the cherry tomatoes in halves, cut the garlic into little pieces and put everything onto the rolled out pizza dough.
Put into the oven and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and enjoy! ~Hetty~
