Fall jam full of fruit: Pear-Apricot-Apple Confiture

Are you someone who prefers yellow jam over red jam (if you know what I mean)? I certainly do. If you don’t, you need to try this delicious jam made out of late summer/fall-fruits and you’ll get convinced tout de suite… For this fall jam I just used the fruits that we had at our house at the time.

Here’s what you need for about 4 middle-sized glasses (400ml each):
Fall Jam
600g pears
150g apricots
250g apples (I used those from our garden)
1 packet jelly sugar 2:1 (I used Dr. Oetker)

Cut the fruits into little pieces and make sure that you have one kilo in total. The ratio of fruits can be varied according to your preferences. Put the fruits and the sugar into a big pot and heat according to the instructions given on the sugar packet.

Once the jam has cooked for long enough, fill it in sterile glasses and close the lid very tight. Turn the glasses upside down to create a vacuum. After about an hour, you can put them upright again, otherwise the jam will stick to the lid. And then, enjoy! ~Hetty~
