Pizza adventures week 10: Pumpkin pizza!!!

Already week 10 of my pizza adventures! This time I had pizza with my boyfriend when I finally had enough free time (aka long week-end) to go and see him in the pays de Gex.

The pizza base was the usual dough that I’m doing every week.

For the topping we chose to take muscade de provence, mushrooms and red onions. A very delicious autumn mix.

First, prepare the dough.

Then, cut the pumpkin into little cubes and the red onions into rings or small pieces. Next, clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices.

Roll out the dough on a baking tray with baking paper. Then, spread some tomato sauce on the dough. Arrange all the veggies on the pizza and finally put it into the oven. Bake at about 200°C for about 20 minutes.

Take the pizza out of the oven and enjoy!

PS: Every time that I wrote pumpkin in this article, I wanted to write pumpKING. What do we get from that? Pumpkin is King!
