I just remember that I saw a recipe for this pizza somewhere (no idea where exactly) and was thrilled to try it out at immediately. There are oranges, green and black olives involved, so kind of Mediterranean winter I guess.
Start off with the usual pizza base and work some chopped green olives into the dough.
Then spread some soy cream as a sauce on the pizza base. For the topping you need 1 (organic) orange and some black olives as well as some herbes de provence.
Peel the orange and cut it into slices. Make sure to get off all of the white stuff (the skin?), cause this will get bitter when baking. Trust me, I had to painfully make this experience…
