This week’s pizza is kind of a tarte flambee, which is basically kind of a French pizza from the Alsace. Am I confusing you now? No need to be confused here, my pizza this week is just pizza with leek. As simple as that, but very delicious!
First, I prepared my usual pizza base, mixed everything together, knead well the dough and spread it out on an oven tray.
For the topping you’ll need
2-3 tbs soy cream
salt and pepper
Cut off some of the upper green part of the leeks and the bottom (with the tiny white roots) and wash them thoroughly – otherwise you might have dust on your pizza later.
Cut the leeks into rings of about 1 cm. Spread the soy cream on the pizza base and put the leek on it. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven, let cool down a little bit and enjoy!
